This is the support page for global storms.  Most application problems can be solved by either restarting the device or reloading the application from the app store.  If neither of these resolves your problem, and it is not addressed in this FAQ, then please email: support@kellytechnology.com

FAQ

• What additional content can I access if I subscribe?

If you subscribe you will get unrestricted access to the Global Climate Imagery and Space Weather. Also included without additional charge is Global Cyclone coverage, Ocean Conditions Forecasts, US drought outlook, and the ability to select different satellite instruments and customize the app start page.

• My subscription renewed automatically. Why doesn't my iOS device recognize it?

This can happen occasionally after an app update or iOS update. Please select "Restore Purchases" from the settings menu.

• Will NOAA Now send alerts to my phone?

Not at this time.  You will need to start the application each time to view the latest information from NOAA.

• Which mobile devices are supported?

The iOS version is universal and will operate on an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad running iOS 11 or later.   If you are using an iPhone or iPod Touch, some pages will view better in landscape orientation.  The Android version will operate on any phone or tablet running Android 5.0 or later.

• GDPR allows me to change my consent about viewing advertisements. How do I do this?

If you previously consented to viewing targeted ads, select "Remove Ads" from the settings icon (iOS) or the opening page menu (Android). If you didn't consent originally and now wish to view ads, cancel your subscription on your device.
